The Mainstay Inn is happy to reserve your special event accommodations. We currently have 29 rooms located in Historic Downtown Phoenixville.
We are able to reserve your blocked rooms in advance; however we will release any rooms that have not been reserved by the guests (4) weeks prior to the wedding/event date. After the release date, we cannot guarantee room availability for your guests that had not already made reservations.
All rooms contain the following amenities: A flat screen TV (Dish Network cable), microwave, mini-fridge, telephone with wakeup-call options, bathroom & vanity, luggage rack, and a hair dryer.

All reservations include: a complimentary continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi, 24 hour front desk staff, maid / housekeeping services, an iron and ironing board are available on request.
The nightly rate quota is our current 2018 nightly rates, these rates are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time.
Our staff can place gift packages, supplied by the event holder, in the guest’s room(s) upon prior request.

For guests who were unable to secure a reservation with the Mainstay Inn on or before the wedding date/ event day or would rather have accommodations outside of the downtown area, we also have a sister location just over a mile outside of Downtown Phoenixville called the French Creek Inn.
