STREET CLOSURE NOTICE

Starting May 22, 2026, through October 4, 2026, Bridge Street will be closed from 2 pm Friday through 7 am Monday

Parking at the Mainstay Inn

• Mainstay Parking Lot: PLEASE NOTE: Our lot is not available during the street closure.
  We do not guarantee parking. Our lot has 7 spaces and is located at the rear of the building. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. WE DO HAVE A DESIGNATED DROP-OFF AREA.

• Borough Lot Parking: Several borough parking lots are located throughout downtown Phoenixville, many within a short walk of the hotel. Hourly parking is available for $2 per hour, daily from 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
  
  For guests seeking a longer-term option, a designated Mainstay parking zone is available through the Borough’s parking system. Simply visit ppprk.com/park/ and enter Zone 1423 for 24-hour parking ($40) or Zone 1424 for 24-hour EV parking ($50). Parking purchased through these zones may be used in any participating borough parking lot, allowing you to move between lots as needed during your stay. A QR code is also available at the front desk for your convenience.

• Holy Ghost lot: Located at 55 Starr Street on the corner of Starr and Bridge Streets. Guests of the MAINSTAY INN may park here for a $10 DONATION DAILY. 
  You can also scan the QR code at the front desk when you check in.

• Street Parking: Is available nearby, including Starr Street and parts of Main Street. Some spots have a two-hour limit, so PLEASE check signage.

 

​We know parking can be a challenge, especially during busy weekends and special events, so we recommend allowing a little extra time upon arrival. If you need assistance with parking or your luggage, please call the front desk at 610-933-7998—we’ll be happy to help.
