FEE- Guests bringing pets are subject to a $35 per pet, per night fee.
No more than two pets are permitted in any guest room.

PET WEIGHT LIMIT- For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets must weigh no more than 25 pounds.

DAMAGE & SOILING- I accept full responsibility for any damage and/or soiling caused by my pet during my stay. I understand that the cost of repairs or additional cleaning, including labor, will be charged as necessary. A minimum fee of $200.00 may apply.

UNATTENDED PETS- For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets may
not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time. Unattended pets may be removed from the property without liability on behalf of the hotel.
The guest will assume any costs for such removal.

LEASH REQUIREMENTS- A leash is always required in all public and exterior areas of the hotel.

HOUSEKEEPING / MAINTENANCE. I agree to make my room available for housekeeping and/or maintenance needs and will arrange to have my pet out of the room to accommodate this service when possible.

PET CONDUCT- I understand that if my pet disturbs other hotel guests,
the hotel reserves the right to refuse continued accommodation of my pet.

PHOENIXVILLE PETS- In accordance with city regulation, pet owners
are required to promptly clean up after their pets on hotel property and
all public areas.

LIABILITY- By bringing a pet into our facility, you agree to follow the hotel’s pet policies and accept responsibility for any injuries, damages, or loss of revenue to the hotel or third parties resulting from your pet. As the pet’s owner and handler, you are fully responsible for any liability arising from your pet’s actions.
