GUEST ROOM ALLOCATION

• A maximum of five rooms will be reserved as part of your wedding room block. Once those rooms are booked, any remaining availability at the inn will be open to the public. However, if additional rooms are available beyond your block, we will gladly honor your wedding discount code for your guests.

• Only double rooms will be included in the initial block. However, if a guest would prefer a queen or king room, we’re happy to accommodate special requests based on availability at the time of booking.

GUEST RESERVATIONS

• To secure the discounted rate, guests must call the hotel directly and reference the wedding party name, or

• Reserve online through our website using the assigned group number or promo code. Discounted rates are not available through third-party booking sites.

• Guests are responsible for making and paying for their own reservations.

CUT-OFF DATE | ROOM BLOCK RELEASE

• All unreserved rooms within the wedding block will be released 30 days before the event date, making them available to the general public.

RATES

• We are pleased to offer a 10% discount on room rates for wedding room blocks.

NOTE: Rates are based on the time of the year and room type and are subject to change unless confirmed in writing.

HOTEL POLICIES

• Check-in 3:00 PM and Check-out 11:00 AM.

• Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional weekend parking options are available nearby.

• We are a non-smoking property.

• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM to ensure a relaxing environment
  for all guests.
