HOTEL POLICY

We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. The following Hotel Policy has been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating the Mainstay Inn. These Hotel policies are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our hotel guest, by reading and signing our hotel registration, you agree to abide by all of our hotel's policies, house rules, terms and conditions, and procedures. These Hotel policies are presented here to promote the safety and enjoyment of our guests and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between Mainstay Inn and the guest. Our Hotel Policy may change from time to time, so please check back often.

Mainstay Inn is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Children: For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times and may not be left alone in guest rooms.
Pets: No pets are permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or forfeiture of the security deposit. Approved pets must be accompanied by their owners at all times and may not be left unattended in guest rooms.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
Damages: Any damages to the room or its contents will be charged to the credit card on file. All guests are required to provide a valid credit or debit card at check-in, regardless of payment method.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $150.00 will be collected at check-in. This deposit will be returned in full at check-out, provided the room and its contents are left in good condition with no damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required.
